The Anakob background

– Anakob is located on Elephantine island in the middle of the Nile
– Once you reached Aswan, you need to head to elephantine island port beside KFC
– Elephantine island is having a public ferry that costs 5EGP per person per ride and works from 6 AM till 11 PM.
– We will be pleased to assist in case a boat is needed with an extra charge.
– It takes around 10-15 min walk from the public ferry to Anakob, which is a walk in the Nubian village.

– Quoted and payable in USD, per night in DBL.
– Breakfast is quoted at 5 USD per person per night.
– Prices are Inclusive of service charge and all applicable taxes.
– We don’t accept credit/debit cards on board Anakob.

– No extra bed is possible in the rooms.
– Anakob is strictly non-smoking in all bedrooms.
– Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

– Rooms must be vacated at 12:00 noon.
– Late checkout is subject to availability, and until 6PM is free of charge.
– Reservation can be done via any available booking site, in that case, T&C will follow the reservation facilitator.
– Reservation directly with Anakob can be done via an email to reservation@anakob.com
– Payment onboard can be done at checkout in cash only.
– We know plans do change so cancellation is free of charge.

– All guests should respect the house rules.
– Anakob management reserves the right to reject or walk out guests who are intentionally disrespecting these rules.
– No show on the day of arrival will result in charging one day rate and canceling the reservation.
– Check in policy is guaranteed after 14.00 hrs however before 14.00hrs is subject to availability.

– There are three main local cafes on the island (Ashry café & Ibiza & Jamaica café).
– We are an affiliate with “Mango Guesthouse” on the island which can serve BBQ based on availability with extra charge.
– There’s a laundry service on the island with extra charge.
– We can arrange sightseeing tours, just let us know whats on your mind and we can arrange or help.

– Two Infants up to 6 years old can stay in the same room free of charge.
– Children can’t stay in the rooms on their own and have to be accompanied by an adult.
